The exterior materials will include stone veneer, composite wood, and metal roofing to give it a modern organic look while maximizing fire resistance. Two levels of over 4k square feet of finished living space will include a master suite and a tavern/bar on the main level, and a craft room and additional bedrooms on the upper level. The home will feature polished concrete floors and numerous oversized windows and doors to take advantage of the Colorado sunshine and highlight the sweeping mountain views.
