This family home is in a central location within walking distance to hiking and biking trails at Alderfer and Three Sisters Park, Evergreen Lake, Evergreen golf course, local schools, and downtown shops and restaurants.
It will be an ultra-energy efficient, all electric home with a minimal footprint and will use no fossil fuels. It will generate its own electricity via a rooftop solar system resulting in near-zero energy consumption from the grid. Energy efficient elements include an induction cooktop, radiant heat flooring, A/C, an EPA-certified wood stove, and triple-paned argon filled gas windows.
The home will feature open living, dining and kitchen areas for maximum family interaction, a vaulted great room with wide plank wood flooring, and a two-person sauna for those cold winter nights. Upon returning from a hike, the family will be able to wash their furry friends in a tiled gear/dog was station.
